MANA gets Sign Toppers and fixes Street Lights

In the Medlock Area Neighborhood, you'll now see "sign toppers" on top of street signs, indicating which streets are part of MANA. These were paid for with MANA funds and required over a year of efforts to secure county permits, etc. The idea is to build community.
