St. John’s Lutheran Church, located on the corner of Ponce de Leon Avenue and Oakdale in Druid Hills, is launching a new Summer Day Camp program July 27-31.  All children entering 2nd-6th grade in the fall of 2009 are invited!

Day Camp runs 9am-4pm, and we will offer before care (8-9am) and after care (4-6pm) to help parents with their work schedules. All the elements of a traditional summer camp will be offered. Trained camp counselors from Lutheridge (www.llmi.net) will lead five days of fun, worship, games, Bible study, fellowship, crafts, sharing and prayer.  Day Camp introduces the Christian camping experience to children without them having to stay overnight away from home.

Registration is only $50 per child for the entire week.  The deadline for registration is June 15.
