Prices of single-family homes sold in the city of Decatur remained flat in 2009 compared to the previous year, and "that is good news," said Realtor Sean Dammann at a presentation he hosted with colleague Terry Michel on Thursday, March 4.


Dammann and Michel spent about an hour and half recapping the local real estate market stats from 2009 for about 50 audience members at their Keller Williams Realty offices in downtown Decatur.
